Rock Cancer EVENT DETAILS!

Hello Rock Cancer Kick Off Attendees! 

If you RSVP'd for the Rock Cancer Kick Off Event.  Congratulations – this will be our biggest event to date!  Guaranteed to be epic.

Here are key details:

• What:  Rock Cancer Kick Off Event  
• Climbing + crate stacking! (we will provide gear and belaying for age <18)
• Pizza + drinks
• Lead climbing show (Planet Rock team) with celebrity judges
• Reel Rock curated movie showing (in “old yoga” room)
• DJ Light Bulb (taking break from European tour)
  
  
• Where: Planet Rock 82 Aprill Dr C, Ann Arbor, MI 48103 – enter through the front doors (normal check in area) –
• If you have not already, PLEASE fill out Planet Rock Waiver ahead of time  for everyone in your party (including kids and non-climbers) – this will save you a lot of time!
• Event is everywhere in gym EXCEPT new bouldering area (this is for Team Practice) – we will direct you to the right spot
• Look for event volunteers wearing orange bandanas
  
  
• When: Sun Sept 7 6-8 pm
• check in : 5:45-6:30
• awards + thank yous : 7:00  (everyone to lead area)
• finale climbing performance : 7:15-7:30
• wrap up : 7:45
  
  
• Why:  Support free rock climbing for children and young adults with cancer - now in 6 cities around the world (started at this gym!!)
